Il primo round del Test Pneumatici Estivi 2025 di AUTO BILD ha attirato molta attenzione per il suo focus sulle prestazioni di frenata in condizioni sia bagnate che asciutte. Utilizzando una VW Golf GTD come veicolo di prova, 52 modelli di pneumatici diversi nella misura 225/40 R18 si sono sfidati testa a testa e, sebbene non sia stata una sorpresa vedere il Potenza Sport di Bridgestone in testa al gruppo, la presenza di diversi marchi di fascia media e budget vicino al vertice è stata una vera sorpresa.
